====== FREALTUSER ======
Since only one GETALTUSER can be active at one time, FREALTUSER can allow other processes which need to use `GETALTUSER` (such as the MESSAGE commend) to do so. 

**Example:**  

		string name
		GETALTUSER 20
		name = U_NAME()
		FREALTUSER
		message 1,name,...
