CONFEXP(confNum:integer)

CONFEXP(confNum:integer)

Returns TRUE if users expired flag is set, FALSE otherwise
NOTE:

ConfReg() = FALSE & CONFEXP = TRUE, user locked out ConfReg() = TRUE  & CONFEXP = TRUE, user reg & exp
