There are several places in System Manager that allow you to print out reports or results of a particular action. System Manager will use the printer that you define using this menu option.

The first thing you will notice about the printer definition is that you can enter more than a simple port number. You can enter any filename or device.
If your printer is on LPT1, enter LPT1 in this field. If, instead, you wish to send all printer output to a text file, you can do so by specifying a filename to send the output to.
